Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Dog Moments ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Dog Moments is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. By participating, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Residents of all countries may participate unless prohibited by local law.

• One entry per user per weekly contest.
• Entries must feature a dog and must not contain offensive, harmful, or copyrighted material.
• We reserve the right to remove any entry that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion, without notice.
• Users may not vote for their own entry.
• Prizes are awarded to the entry with the most votes at the close of the contest period.
• Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or substituted.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at any time.

By submitting a photo, you give Dog Moments permission to display it in the contest gallery and to use it to promote Dog Moments — including on social media and in marketing materials. You remain free to use your photo anywhere else.

You can delete your entries from your profile at any time, with one exception: winning entries are kept as a permanent record of past contests and cannot be removed.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any photo you submit, and that submitting it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic-link email authentication — there are no passwords. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use automated tools to create accounts or submit entries.

You agree not to:

• Submit photos you do not own or have rights to.
• Manipulate votes through automation, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

We may ban accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

Dog Moments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the value of any prize you were entitled to receive.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Dog Moments after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
